Robbin and Scott Wolf are excited to announce The White Wolf Restaurant opened in the New Melle Town Square on January 4, 2021 (in the former location of Fireside Bar and Grill.)
“It took a little longer than we hoped to get open,” Robbin said. “We had some unexpected setbacks, but we are now up and running, and so very grateful to the community for their enthusiastic support so far!”
Robbin has 30 years’ experience in the restaurant industry, but this is the first time she has held ownership. Together with her husband, Scott, a former police officer, and with help from friends and family, they have updated some of the interior fixtures and equipment and put together a great staff. The menu features a variety of entrees, appetizers and drink selections that are getting positive feedback from the community, especially the Wolf Burger, an 8 oz hamburger topped with Smoked Gouda Cheese, onion rings, fried pickle chips, and bacon jam, served on a pretzel bun with your choice of side. Other menu items include appetizers (Toasted Ravioli, Wolf Wings, New Melle 411 Onion Rings, Fried Pickle Chips and more); fresh Ceasar and House Salads, Sandwiches, Wraps, kids menu and more. (View their menu at www.whitewolfpubandgrill.com). Dine in or carry out. Catering is also available, with a full menu of delicious options for your event.
The White Wolf bar offers a full range of beer, wine and spirits, with a choice of eight brews on tap.
